Shipping Policy
All KDC products are handmade and made-to-order.
Processing Time
Standard processing time is approximately 5–10 business days before shipment.
For urgent requests, customers may purchase a Rush Order option ($25–$50), which reduces processing time to approximately 3–5 business days.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, KDC is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Carrier-related delivery issues
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for tracking updates, claims, or delivery concerns.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned to the sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for paying the reshipping cost.
