Refund Policy

At K’s Dazzling Creations (KDC), all items are handmade and customized specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery.

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details and communicate any customization requests during the ordering process. We can only accommodate preferences that are clearly provided before production begins.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not offered for custom-made items. However, if an item arrives damaged during shipment, customers may file a shipping insurance claim through USPS.

  • Packages are insured up to $100 unless additional insurance is requested at the time of purchase.

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must retain the original packaging and provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Shipping box and packaging materials

Additional documentation may be required by USPS for insurance claims.

Sale & Promotional Pricing

Orders placed before a sale or promotion begins are not eligible for partial refunds or price adjustments.
